HIBOITEC brass light fixtures, copper light fixtures and LED bulbs are engineered to maintain optimal long-term performance for outdoor use, and we offer a lifetime warranty for these products.

- We cover all shipping costs for returns shipped to and from addresses within the contiguous United States.
- All warranty claims will be processed within 7 business days.
- We maintain replacement inventory for discontinued products to facilitate warranty exchanges.

Warranty Claim Instructions (For U.S. Customers Only)
Step 1
Email our team at office@hiboitec.net (Service Hours: Monday â Friday 9am-6:30pm CST / 8pm 5:30am EST to connect with a certified HIBOITEC lighting specialist. Our team will troubleshoot product malfunctions or provide a return label authorization to initiate your repair or replacement request.
Step 2
If our certified HIBOITEC lighting specialist confirms the item is defective or non-functional:
(a) Return the product to our U.S.-based warehouse;
(b) Contact HIBOITEC customer service to obtain an official return shipping label;
(c) Ship the package back to our warehouse within the specified timeframe.
Step 3
We will expedite your claim processing. Upon receipt of your defective returned product, our team will complete review within 3 business days. If the item is verified faulty, we will ship out a free replacement to you.
For returned items that are found to have no manufacturing defects, we reserve the right to charge diagnostic inspection fees and return shipping costs, to offset overhead associated with unnecessary warranty returns. Thank you for your cooperation, which helps us reduce costs stemming from non-defective return submissions.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use, as specified above. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, or environmental factors is not covered.
