Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing HIBOITEC. We guarantee all HIBOITEC products undergo strict inspection by our quality control specialists prior to shipment. Should you have any questions after receiving your item(s), please contact us via email: office@hiboitec.net.
The following Return & Refund Policy applies to all HIBOITEC products.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after receiving your goods. We will respond to your email return request within 24 hours.
To qualify for a return, your merchandise must be in the exact same condition as when delivered: unused, undamaged, with original tags and intact original packaging. You are also required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase when filing a return request.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees will be covered by either HIBOITEC or the customer, subject to the circumstances outlined below.
When HIBOITEC Covers Return Shipping Fees
HIBOITEC will bear return shipping charges if the return is caused by our error.
Examples of such scenarios include:

Goods arrive defective and cannot be repaired via replacement spare parts

We shipped the incorrect item(s)

We delivered the order to the wrong address

We processed duplicate orders

The product malfunctions within the 30-day return window (provided the customer installed and operated the item strictly per the user manual instructions)
Special Note: For items with manufacturing defects, customers must return goods to HIBOITEC’s designated US warehouse, with HIBOITEC covering associated shipping fees. However, if your return address differs from the original delivery address (e.g. original delivery within the US, return sent to a remote US location or international destination) resulting in shipping costs exceeding HIBOITEC’s original outbound freight charge, the customer shall be liable for all excess shipping fees.
Important Reminders
For damaged or defective received goods, customers must supply supporting photos or video footage to validate damage/malfunction claims. If a customer refuses or fails to provide visual proof of alleged damage/defects, the return will be classified as a buyer’s remorse return, and the customer shall bear full responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Visual proof of defects or damage is mandatory for all return requests prior to shipment back to our warehouse, with no exceptions.
If a defective item issue can be resolved simply by sending replacement spare parts and step-by-step repair guidance (an alternative customers may find more convenient), we will offer free replacement components to avoid customers shipping back large, heavy goods.
Once we receive and inspect approved returned merchandise and confirm valid defects, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
When the Customer Covers Return Shipping Fees

Returns initiated due to customer error incur shipping fees payable by the customer; rates vary by region.

HIBOITEC will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to customers, with corresponding freight charges deducted from your final refund amount.

Please note: All orders with discounted special shipping rates will have our actual outbound delivery fees subtracted from refunds.

After the 30-day return window expires, customers with defective or faulty products may utilize HIBOITEC’s Warranty Policy for repairs; refer to our full Warranty Policy for complete details.
Return Shipping Address
We maintain multiple warehouse locations for return processing. Please email our customer service team at office@hiboitec.net to obtain the correct return address for your item.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a return and full refund within 30 days of receiving their order, and must retain their receipt or purchase confirmation for validation.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned shipment, we will notify you of your refund approval status. If approved, funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
You are eligible to submit a return and refund request if any one of the below conditions applies:

Within 30 days of delivery, the product sustains transit damage and you can provide valid visual damage evidence

Within 30 days of delivery, the product materially deviates from key specifications described in our product listing

Within 30 days of delivery, the product develops non-human-induced performance malfunctions. Customers must cooperate fully with our battery testing procedures, and both parties must confirm manufacturing defects are present.
Order Cancellations
HIBOITEC typically dispatches all orders within 1–2 business days. To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, refunds will be issued within 12 hours of your cancellation request.
If you cancel an order that has already shipped, you must refuse delivery of the package. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the package is returned to our warehouse.
